I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Once order is placed, please allow 1-5 business days for items to be shipped out. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. International packages will need more processing time. Please note we are not responsible for lost orders, incorrectly supplied addresses or refused/unclaimed packages.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Here at Glamourous Beauty due sanitary purposes and personal use of products we do NOT accept returns. To qualify for an exchange due to incorrect sizing, all items must be in its original state, all items must be in original packing, unworn, unused and with original tags. Request has to be made within 7 days of receipt of item(s) by sending email to Email Us. If exchange is accepted an email with additional instructions will be sent, customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order before it ships. If it has been shipped out already, please email Email Us for additional instructions.
Damaged Items
Please assess all items once you receive it. If items are damaged or defective please send an email to Email Us. within 7 days of receipt of item and we will gladly replace your items.
How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
